Refund, Resend & Return Policy                                    Welcome to Luxora Trends!
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our refund, resend, and return policy carefully.

🔐 General Dispute Rules

All disputes must be opened with Luxora Trends directly.
We offer a quicker resolution process and kindly ask you to provide:

  • 📸 Photo or video proof of the damaged item (video is required if the photo is not clear).

  • 📧 Screenshot of the customer complaint (email, PayPal dispute, or other gateway) showing the buyer’s name, date, and issue.

  • 📦 Product return may be required in some cases, as requested by our dispute team.

📦 1. Delayed Orders

We will offer a refund or resend if your order shows no tracking updates and is in transit/pending/expired for more than:

  • 60 days for most countries (from dispatch date).

  • 45 days for the USA.

  • 110 days for Brazil (due to customs clearance delays).

  • 100 days for Liquid Line shipments.

Note:
If the delay is due to an incomplete address, unclaimed parcel, or local delivery issues, we recommend you contact your local post office directly for pickup.

🚫 2. Order Not Received (Marked Delivered)

If the tracking status shows “Delivered”, but the item wasn't received:

  • You must obtain a Non-Delivery Certificate with an official stamp from your local post office to raise a dispute.

Luxora Trends is not responsible for packages lost due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Refused delivery

  • Failure to pick up on time

  • No safe delivery location

  • Customs clearance issues

💔 3. Damaged Products

We offer a:

  • Full refund or replacement for heavily damaged items.

  • Partial refund or replacement for items with minor issues (e.g., light scratches, wrinkles).

Note:

  • For fragile items, we recommend requesting a full refund.

  • Damaged packaging boxes alone are not eligible for refund due to international shipping handling.

  • You must raise the issue within 30 days of delivery with proper photo/video proof.

❌ 4. Incorrect or Missing Items

We have strict quality checks before dispatch. If you still receive the wrong or incomplete item:

  • Wrong item: Full refund or replacement

  • Wrong size/color (function unaffected): Refund or resend

  • Missing part (not affecting use): Partial refund or resend

  • Missing part (affecting use): Full replacement

  • Missing accessories: We will resend the accessory only

Please share a photo showing the issue, along with a screenshot of your complaint.

🔄 5. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it is processed for a full refund.
Orders cannot be canceled if:

  • It is a Print-on-Demand (POD) product

  • It is a pre-order inventory item

  • It is a photo/video service order

⚠️ Important Guidelines & Limitations

📅 Dispute Deadline

Disputes must be raised before the order is marked as closed. Untraceable tracking data from 3rd parties will not be accepted.

🌍 Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by natural disasters or uncontrollable situations such as:

  • War, strikes, epidemics, floods, earthquakes, customs checks, etc.

🚚 Shipping Method Limitations

Some shipping methods have limited tracking or restrictions. Disputes will not be accepted if such methods were selected. These include:

  • PostNL, Electric PostNL, CJPacket Eub, CJPacket Postal, CJPacket Railway Economy

Remote areas may also incur additional shipping charges.

🗺️ Destination Restrictions

Due to shipping limitations, we do not accept disputes for orders shipped to certain countries. [See full list on our shipping policy page.]

🔧 Service-Based Products

For services (like photos/videos, customized items):

  • We may not refund for damage or delay.

  • Quality-related disputes are not accepted if the supplier is not Luxora Trends or if quality checks were not requested.

❌ Unacceptable Disputes

We do not accept disputes in the following cases:

  • Buyer changed mind after dispatch

  • Minor differences in appearance due to lighting or screen resolution

  • Delays caused by customs or local holidays

  • Disputes raised beyond the eligible dispute window
