  • For National Orders Delevry timelines is 0-7 days.

  • For International Orders Delevry timelines will be 7-15 Days. 

  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days upon approval.

6. Exchange Policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Luxora Trends, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to make returns and exchanges as seamless as possible. Please read the following policies carefully to understand the process and conditions for returns and exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within **7 days* of receiving the product.

Condition of Products*:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories (if applicable).

Non-Returnable Items*:

  • Digital products, e-gift cards, and downloadable content are non-returnable.

  • Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" at the time of purchase cannot be returned.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Step 2: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for shipping the product back.

  • Step 3: Ship the item using a trusted courier service. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

  • Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the product, you will be notified of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on customer preference.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Customers must provide their bank account details for this process.

4. Exchanges Policy

Eligibility for Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are accepted for size issues, color preferences, or defective products, subject to availability.

  • The item must meet the same condition requirements as mentioned under the return policy.

Exchange Process:

Exchange Shipping:

  • Send photos or videos of the defective item to support@luxoratrends.com for verification.

  • Upon confirmation, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

  • Ensure the return package is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

  • Luxora Trends is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return shipping.

  • Refunds or exchanges may be denied if the returned product does not meet our eligibility criteria.
