CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES

Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer: 

  • Timeframe for Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. Once the order is processed for shipping, cancellations will not be possible.

  • How to Cancel:

  - Provide your order number and reason for cancellation.
Refund for Cancelled Orders:

  • If payment was made, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within *7-10 business days*.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, cancellation is free of charge as long as the order is not shipped.

2. Order Cancellation by Luxora Trends

  • Luxora Trends reserves the right to cancel orders due to the following reasons:

  • Product unavailability.

  • Payment issues or verification failure.

  • Suspected fraudulent activity.

  • In such cases, customers will be informed immediately, and a full refund will be processed.

Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If the item received is damaged or has manufacturing defects.

  • Wrong Item Delivered: If the product delivered does not match your order.

  • Order Cancellation: If the order is canceled within the allowed timeframe or by Luxora Trends.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Digital products, e-gift cards, and downloadable content are non-refundable.

  • Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" at the time of purchase are not eligible for refunds.

3. Refund Process

Step 1: Contact our support team at +91-8218730152 or email support@luxoratrends.com with your order details and proof of the issue (photos/videos of the product).
Step 2: Upon verification, we will notify you of the refund approval status within 2-3 business days.
Step 3: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer, and customers must provide their bank account details.

4. Refund Timelines

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. However, the time taken by your bank or payment provider may vary.

Return Shipping Charges

  • For returns due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Luxora Trends will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For other cases, the customer will bear the return shipping charges.
