Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them or Before dispatch . After this timeframe/Dispatch from our warehouse, the order is automatically processed and cannot be changed or stopped.

💰 Refund for Cancelled Orders:

Prepaid orders: Refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Cancellation is free if the order has not been shipped. No refund is required.

1.2 Order Cancellation by Luxora Trends

3. Return Shipping Charges

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Luxora Trends will cover the return shipping cost.
